Palos Verde, a two storied, simple bungalow. On the first level you will find the living quarters, on the second level is a roof terrace.

The small house with it's monopitch roof attracts attention with it's homely architecture. While the front side is kept simple, the backyard is eye catching and you'll find the entry there as well. A large glass front makes sure that the living and dining room, which includes also the kitchen, is lighten by sunlight. The kitchen with it's kitchen island is directly in the center of the house and is so the center of the family as well. Two bedrooms and the intermediate master bedroom affords space for a family of four. There is also room for a bathroom, a guest restroom and a small foyer in this small and compact home. As everything is placed on the first level there are no long ways.
The well overgrown garden is eye candy and decentralizes the look of the building. On the second floor is the comfortable big roof terrace, which supports a beautiful view across the garden.
