What, if I do install the houses, but it does not work?

If you try to install a house AND you meet all the requirements regarding EPs, that have to be installed AND it does nonetheless not work at all, try to use the clean installer, which can be downloaded for free here.

What should I do with the files I did just download?

Please unpack all houses (use WinZIP or any other programm, which can handle ZIP-files. Since XP, Windows has an unpack programm included). Afterwards, just double click the unpacked house package.

Do i need any tools for your houses?

It depends. Some of our houses may include custom content, which may require the CEP, a free tool for The Sims 2, to be installed. It can be downloaded here.
